IF MY BACKGROUND CHECK IS DENIED, I AM RESPONSIBLE FOR ARRANGING THE RETURN OF THE FIREARM TO THE ORIGINAL SENDER OR ANOTHER LICENSED DEALER, AND I ACCEPT FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY ASSOCIATED SHIPPING, TRANSFER, OR PROCESSING FEES. IN THE EVENT OF A DELAYED RESPONSE FROM OSP FICS, I WILL HAVE SIXTY (60) CALENDAR DAYS TO RESOLVE THE DELAY WITH OSP. IF I FAIL TO RESOLVE THE DELAY WITHIN THIS TIMEFRAME, I AM RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN OF THE FIREARM TO THE ORIGINAL SENDER AND ANY ASSOCIATED SHIPPING, TRANSFER, AND/OR PROCESSING FEES. SHOULD I FAIL TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE WITH THE DELAY OR RETURN OF THE FIREARM TO THE ORIGINAL SENDER, THE FIREARM WILL BECOME PART OF ARMAC TACTICAL, LLC’S INVENTORY. ARMAC TACTICAL, LLC DOES NOT TRANSFER SERIALIZED ITEMS IF THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS HAVE ELAPSED FOLLOWING A DELAYED RESPONSE WITHOUT RESOLUTION, IN ACCORDANCE WITH OSP FICS PROCEDURES AND OREGON STATE LAW. *
