IF MY TRANSFER IS DENIED BY THE ATF, I UNDERSTAND THAT I AM RESPONSIBLE FOR COORDINATING THE RETURN OF THE ITEM TO THE ORIGINAL SENDER OR ANOTHER LICENSED DEALER, AND THAT I AM LIABLE FOR ANY ASSOCIATED SHIPPING, TRANSFER, OR PROCESSING FEES. I UNDERSTAND THAT IS MY RESPONSIBILITY TO COORDINATE THE RETURN WITHIN 60 CALENDAR DAYS SHOULD I RECEIVE A DENIAL. A STORAGE FEE OF $15 PER WEEK WILL BE APPLIED DURING THIS TIME PERIOD AND WILL BE PAID IN FULL PRIOR TO THE RETURN OF THE NFA ITEM. ARMAC TACTICAL, LLC MAY TAKE POSSESSION OF THE NFA ITEM AND AT ITS SOLE DISCRETION SELL THE ITEM TO COVER ANY AND ALL LOSSES SHOULD I FAIL TO COORDINATE THE RETURN DURING THE 60 CALENDAR DAY PERIOD AFTER RECEIVING A DENIAL FROM ATF. *
